Isn't number 3 what you do??? The others are fancier but 3 is what I've seen from you primarily.

I like #1 as a formal business card, but I prefer #2 for that whimsical personal everday touch. As also mentioned by another, I'd use #2 in both Gold for semi-formal use and Black for everyday communication. So ... three in total: #1, and #2 (a,b).

I prefer number 3 because it just has a cleaner appearance but I would darken up the name to make it stand out more.
