I like #1 best. It’s a stronger, more confidant portrayal.
#1 for me.
Looks very elegant, easy to read.
Should I assume this is the making of a business card?
Will you add some kind of photography “description”?
Phone # etc?
#2 or #3 depending if you want to represent as just a wildlife photographer or as a photographer in general

I would say you need a couple of them. The dark background doesn't do anything for me, but it might be appropriate in some cases depending on your website. I prefer dark lines on light backgrounds. They stand out better. I like #2 but I'm a nerd and not an artist. If you are doing wildlife and not weddings, 3 appeals to me. If you use a dark background it might be good to increase the width of the lines so they will stand out a little better.
But, as I frequently remind the wife, when it comes to fashion, I'm definitely not the one to talk to.
#1, but all are pretty good.

I like 1 and 2. Number one looks very elegant and formal. I'd use this one if you were a wedding photographer. Number 2 is clean, easy to read and looks more playful.
#2 suits your playful side that comes through in the comments and captions you add to your posts.
#1 for a business card and #2 for inclusion on your photos.
