Gotta get out there, and get away from it all.....was a reason for many to go camping.
Maybe that's not the attraction for some campers.....they prefer, gotta take it all out there, 'cuz otherwise there'd be nothin' to do !!!
So much for getting away from it all.

"You are a Redneck if........." This should be the header for this one!
I gotta admit I rather like the idea of the air conditioner hooked up to the tents. As for the port-johns on fire, I've been to many an outdoor concert where that might have been a blessing. I've often wondered how much extra those companies charge to provide them at concerts where 10 or 20 thousand drink/stoned/sick kids haphazardly emptied their innards into them. A good, sanitizing fire might be the only way to take clean them.

With a truck that large, I'd have a better camper.

Very true. Up there you use what you've got.
The shot of the guy watching the campfire on his tv reminded me of something I did many years ago.
It was a snowy night and my wife was out of town and I looked out the window and watched the beautiful snow falling and thought it would be nice to have a drink. I rarely drink hard liquor and when I do it is while sitting around a campfire by myself or with good friends in the mountains.
I decided to have a drink so went out to the garage and dug my tin cup out of my pack and filled it with ice and then filled the areas around the ice with Crown Royal. I took it upstairs and opened a window behind the computer and went to youtube and got a long video of a campfire. I turned out the lights and watched the campfire video with snow falling outside and had a nice drink. It was great. Since then I have found that it is not unusual for some folks to do that.
Keep your fingers crossed it is supposed to snow tomorrow night.
Portapotty fire. Must have been Taco Tuesday night before.

I wonder how many were occupied. Was someone smoking in there?
