The law as per the Form 4473 states aliens may not possess firearms. Now what law are you talking about?

There are many caveats to gun ownership so there are a bunch of infringements -- read beyond that phrase to what it really says.

A great point. The Left Wingers here HATE the 2nd Amendment and do their best to do away with it by constantly chipping away at the foundation of that Amendment as well as at the Constitution itself regarding other freedoms guaranteed to We the People, the 1st, 4th and 5th Amendments as well as the 2nd Amendment. That is, right up until a Left Wing judge decides to go against established law and make an exception. I can't help but wonder then when a Conservative judge will make a decision no Form 4473 need be filled out at all, no background checks need be done at all just as it used to be when I was a kid and when laws against illegal use of firearms was enforced, criminals were prosecuted and put in prison where they belong.

It would appear this is just one more Left Wing judge doing her best to enact laws that go against the safety of Americans while destroying the framework of laws we have.

What about Sanctuary cities where illegal alien criminals are not held to the standards of citizens and are released on criminal charges with no trial?
