I created this image on my computer by describing what I wanted to Microsoft Copilot. This changes everything regarding photography.
There should be a forum for AI created images.

Thanks I never noticed that forum. It does for me.

Great image. Do you have the words you used to get copilot to make it?
Terrific example of what can be done!!

Yes. I said "creat an image of a Red-winged Blackbird perched on a tree branch." It created 4 images to choose from.

Wow that is amazing. Such a realistic looking image from simple instruction. Thanks for sharing.

And somehow you still don't understand that this is not photography and that the result of your using a few common words to tell a computer to create something is not
your "creation."
I could type into Google: "Show me images of Red-winged Blackbirds" and then pick one from the results. How is that different?

Perhaps you don't understand. Who made you judge and jury.

That's hilarious. And you didn't answer my question. How is that different from Googling?

I think you can get it to create an original by using different words. Google will only find existing pics. I have played around with it for graphics for PowerPoint and it is good

It is still an original created by a computer algorithm, not a human being. Beyond that, it even gives you several versions to pick from. Anyone can type common words into a computer and wait for it to generate something. You don't even know until you see it what it will look like. That is not "an image I created," that is not photography, that is a product of machine learning which scrapes the Internet for
existing photos and then creates an image from the bits and pieces it "remembers."
Look on the AI forum for some of Curmudgeon's images. He has some very interesting stuff there, but has never claimed that they were photographs, or that he did anything but describe an image to get the result.
There is a (very good) reason that the U.S. Copyright Office has declined to copyright computer generated images.

See how Google handles this.
