Once again great pictures!#1 is called "Pulsatilla pratensis"...because of their "hairs" ...we (les petites gens du peuple) call them "anémone pulsatile (anémone à poils= hairy "anémone")...I don't know how the english people could call them.
Anyway, it is forbidden to pick or uproot those flowers: like edelweiss, they are "protected sur tout le territoire national". Nota: near Dijon, they are not really rare...each year I see often a lot of them while riding MTB through prairie and forst.
