Fascinating! It looks like the shadow on the left is flying a kite (see the kite's shadow and strings?). The person in the spotlight could be checking on a homeless person, his own belongings, or any number of activities. But we know he's not afraid to be in the spotlight

I suppose 'shadow ambiguity' would be a decent alternative title. Now that you point it out I can see a kite shadow. The fortuitous line coming from the left shadow leads that way.
The man in the spotlight was humoring a photographer friend who was lying on her back taking a picture up the monument, offering her a hand up.
Mysterious imagery. I can’t really see details in the download of the person on the ground. Without explanation the viewer can’t readily discern what is happening (giving a hand up) and where it is happening (the base of a monument). And where and who is the person who is casting the other shadow? The size of that shadow would indicate that person should be in the frame since if they were a distance away from the subject and closer to the light source their cast shadow would be much larger. Hmmmmm. Mysterious image, Indeed.
