Remembering what happened truly is the important point. It was horrible and the numbers come in with several different tallies. The fact remained that despite the horrible error of one of the manufacturers, the net result was a major drop in the number of overall cases. I have very low faith in the Post reporting. I have personally seen the events that post reporters wrote on and they were horribly inaccurate. Horribly sloppy and inaccurate and obviously biased. The original press release from Eisenhower listed 29 cases. The book by Paul Offit MD reported that the doses manufactured by the California-based family firm of Cutter Laboratories, had caused 40 000 cases of polio, leaving over 200 children with varying degrees of paralysis and killing 10. The CDC lists over 100,000 bad vaccines, 256 confirmed cases of paralysis and 10 deaths. An additional death from transmitted virus introduced by the tainted virus has also been mentioned. The NIH lists ‘over 250 cases’. The epidemiologist usually undercount, the lawyers usually over count. My 300 was indeed an estimate based on the typical undercount.

I somehow avoided German Measles when I was in grade school. at 16, I came down with it Dec. 28 in 1964. Sickest I've ever been in my life. Someone must have brought their sick child to church that Christmas. If you want to do the same to others, skip the vaccination.
Unfortunately, these selfish parents do not care. When I was in school, the same time as you, you could not go to school without a shot record

The anti-vaccers will morph into a zombie apocalypse.
Your mention of the zombie apocalypse reminds me of the movie Invasion Of The Body Snatchers. In this movie, people were morphed into something resembling their former selves but somewhat different. These modified people would screech in alarm upon encountering an unmodified normal person. There is a hint of that science fiction in our new reality.

Had to think about that twice, but when relatives will unfriend relatives on fb, there's your new reality.
Probably coming across the border along with TB and other diseases that were no longer an issue in the country.
These diseases are coming back into our society because of anti-vaxxers and the courts saying that like in the past, schools can not turn away those who are not vaccinated. I hope each one of these selfish people get hard measles and polio. That may change their minds.
The selfish theme seems to be widely accepted and for the vaccine faithful there is some logical argument for it. Is it not worse though to wish harm on people who focus on natural health which is unfortunately in decline as opposed to drug based health?

How did you jump to harm being wished up people?
