How is the snowpack up in your neck of the woods. Although we are not in Montana during the winter months, we will be down in the Ennis area for the summer. From what I hear, it has been a very dry winter and river water flows are are expected to be really low. Could be a bad fire season. Lovely images by the way.

Snowpack is only about 75% of normal and it's been one of those years where the snowpack is light with not much moisture in it. If we get some good storms this spring with rain in the valley and snow up high, we might be alright this summer, let's keep our fingers crossed!! Otherwise, it's going to be a nasty fire season for sure. We do the opposite from you guys, we leave in the summer to get away from the tourists up here...lol

Glad you enjoyed this series.

Great captures. I love that place, but I have never been there in the winter.

Took a walk in GNP yesterday to check out McDonald Falls and Sacred Cascade Dancing Falls (created other posts for the falls). Here are some landscape shots from our walk.

Beautiful, especially the reflecting images.
