This is Snowflake, our parakeet. Today's birthday (well, technically it's her Anniversary of Acquisition). She has successfully survived five years of life with us, including one migration from Nebraska to Missouri (done the easy way for her: no wings involved, just the back seat of our little Kia). She just finished a very hard molt, so her head looks scruffy. Don't say anything about it - she's a little sensitive.
