As I was walking down my apartment steps, I noticed these. My first thought was how sad they were, and I wondered what their story was. My neighbors, a young couple with a little girl, suddenly moved out. I'm sorry to say I'm not sorry to see them gone. Today, I saw an eviction notice.

So, I couldn’t resist photographing these. Once a beautiful bouquet, it is now carelessly tossed away. It saddens me sometimes to see the state of our world today.

Sorry about the error in the title. It should be a ? I did it on my iPad and hit the wrong key, and off it went! Technology, as they say, is only as good as the user.

Thanks for that and also for often responding to my posts. I appreciate it. It's just sad, flowers should be treasured.

I wouldn't mind checking out a bit darker background, but this one does look good.

Thanks for the feedback. This was done with my iPhone, so I didn't play with it much. I'm open to your suggestions as I always like to learn.

That's a cool photo!
It looks like cut flowers, so maybe on the way out already. I guess they could be saved as a dried flower arrangement.

Very nice. The photo begs for the story, and the story makes the photo. Thanks for sharing.
