Sandisk sale at B & H?

B & H currently has this Sandisk CF Express card for 149.99 when the regular price is 599.99. I'm wondering why the huge discount? Do you think this is legit? It's good until tomorrow night.

Amazon and Adorama have the same card for the same price, with no date limit. Also, the regular price varies quite a bit. Seems to be a marketing strategy to make you to buy.

Too bad I just got a 128Gb. I would have considered.

Wonder how much B&H is giving off?
These guys kill me with their sale propaganda.
I remember when Sears got in deep do do when the Gov't decided they were boosting retail prices for the sole purpose of having a sale, and the sale prices were actually their regular price.

B&H typically calculates price from the original price and there may have been interim reductions made. Best of luck.

If a variety of sellers offer them for 149.00, they are overpriced to begin with.

It's a good thing I don't have a camera that uses that card, otherwise I'd waste another $150.

I’ll be headed over later today. While my Canon 5D uses CF cards, I often use 64 G cards.

It’s not a bad deal when you can use the memory card as a backup. As for trust and faith, I trust B&H explicitly. I have always gotten a great deal no matter what I purchased before.

That's true of just about everything these days. The sales price is the regular price.

It probably just means bigger and better is here. I bought a 512gb card for I think $399 a couple of years ago when it was the biggest available. Now you can get a 1tb card for $399. Prograde has a 1tb card on sale for $319 right now. So 512gb cards are coming down in price. $149 is a great price, but with a 512 and 128 cards in my Z9 and 128 in my Z7 I just don’t need one.

Ralph's groceries was infamous for doing that, also.
Local retailers miffed watching a shopper take pictures while the partner does the same at Vons.
