This is a parting shot taken along highway 89, just north of Gardiner. The morning sky looks much better in download, but the telling image is the last. It seems to be an appropriate end for a slow week in Yellowstone.

Nice! I left at 3:30am and between Gardiner and Livingston I had 3 elk try and commit suicide!! I finally just left all the stuff on the passenger seat on the floor…..glad I had good breaks!!!
