Suggestion, crop the right side to the thickness of the knee section. Too bad the table is there... The shadow is a great effect. Clone out the paper stuck to the wall, it adds nothing. Since the table is there bring up the bottom to the bottom of the table... the table legs add nothing. Perhaps retake the photo standing on the table to rid the image of the baseboard heater.

I appreciate your suggestions. I did however want to include the elements of the room, these photos I shot within the scope of reference of life drawing at an art school because I was originally taking the photos of myself to draw from later in my MFA program. So I wanted the aspects of the room itself included. Here's one of the drawings:
