Go to the photoshop AI area- all U have to do is ask for a photo with no lines- it may work- we asked for the Mona Lisa, with mens pants on, With her legs crossed- YEP we got exactly that- it works wonders!!!

PS neural filters did this, but it will only work on facial features. Can't say I really like it
