I hate to be the party pooper but it looks a bit underexposed and blue to me.

Beautiful animal that is very photogenic. Surprisingly enough snow leopards can be photographed live and untethered in Kalispel, MT! An animal farm there named "Triple-D" has a snow leopard. They also have many others and the animals can be viewed on their web-site. They run a very good operation with each animal allowed to run free in an enclosed environment. Their snow leopard roams it's own stone mountain and on signal from the handler flies from a ledge approximately 30 feet above the photographers to the ground. Their grizzly bear Bruno weighs in at a robust 1,000 pounds but has full respect of the "hot" wire surrounding his enclosure. It was all that separated us. Considered a minor flaw, Triple-D's animals do not wear signs of wild-life inflicted scars in their hides, no claw marks or other signs of survival. They even had an amir leopard that was an incredibly beautiful animal. Unlike some locations that offer animal shoots Triple-D has a staff vet, and their animals are well cared for. In addition to Triple-D the Glacier National Park is a short drive away. The area adds Flathead Lake and could entertain serious photographers for many days. No language barriers, can be accessed by private vehicles, and no passport is required.

Snow leopards are scarce and elusive. All the photos in the wild that I have seen are in snow. That's not to take anything away from this beautiful photograph; it's stunning.

Very possibly is the Triple-D cat and setting. The rock formations look identical.

What a beautiful animal. Pisses me off that people want to wear that fur. As I always say, "It looks better on the original owner"
