Make picnic tables and sell them to ski resorts.
Maybe as a conversation piece.

Where is that? I have grandkids that just started skiing.
It's high in the backwoods of North Carolina.

This reminds me of the Chinese graveyards for bicycles.
Really? I bet that's also a sight to behold.

You don't see the ski jump in the background. When winter hits he will make a mint.
Well, dummy me. I need to be paying closer attention to things.

I agree with Sippy and I add that it looks as if nothing has been stolen.
I don't know, Mel. I'd be shocked silly if some of that stuff hasn't disappeared via the Midnight Express.

Another solid idea. Forget the boots. If you could promote several of these ideas put forth and get to the right markets via Ebay ( or some other format ), you could probably move all of those skis in short order. Now who is willing to fork over a few sheckles for my expert guidance in that ndeavor?

Isn't it amazing how the ideas are coming out of the woodwork? I tell you, this group could rule the world if we got organized. Can I have a "Hallelujah" and an "Amen".

Looks like that house could use siding...
If it's free someone will take it.
It looks as if someone really wants to have a ski party.
On a second look, I noticed the skis all appear to be straight shaped. Newer skis are, for lack of a better term, spoon shaped or even now what are called twin tipped, wider at front and back than at the center (noticeably so). They tend to also be shorter and turn much easier than older skis. The change started 15-20-25? yrs ago. I went from 203 mm to 187 to 168, the last because my wife one morning could just plain out out turn me in the trees. They are still fast, but easier on the legs, turn quicker, etc. Other than older skiers who never switched I doubt there's any market for them. Even 15-20 yrs ago ski shops were all but giving the old ones away.
