I got one of those calls from “Weendows” last night telling me that there was a problem with my computer. I told the guy that I didn’t have “Weendows”. I told him that I developed my own OS called Digitally Operated Open Reiteration System. I call it DOORS. I explained that it uses a special processor that I built called Wide Universal Design. I told him that I simply called it a WUD chip. I further explained that I could open several DOORS at once due to a graphic device called High Intensity Neutron Graphic Engine and that I have three of them installed. I told him that I refer to them as HINGES. They guy hung up on me!

I used to try and mess with those scammers. All that did is get me more scam calls. When they get a phone number that someone will answer, they pass that info on to their scammer buddies. I just don't answer calls any more that I don't recognize, and gradually I get fewer calls. They can always leave a message.

That's my attitude. If it's really for me and it's important, they'll leave something on the answering machine or voicemail. If they don't, then it wasn't for me, and if it actually was for me then it wasn't that important.

Last call I got from Windows reporting problem with my computer, I told him I had 5 computers, could he tell me which one had the problem. After about 3 or 4 minutes of messing with him I told him I knew he was a common thief, just trying to steal my money and hung up on him.

I played with a guy for about ten minutes, up until he asked me to hit Start | R and enter some URL into the Run box. At that point I declined, of course. He asked if I had been screwing with him all this time. I agreed and suggested a better job for an educated, English speaking person. He didn't hear it.

When phone scallers call during dinner I get a live person on the line and ask them for their home phone number and what time they eat dinner.

The problem with those unidentified calls is that, sometimes, they are from a doctor's office and I really need to talk with the caller. Some scammers do leave a message and it loads-up out answering device.

Thanks. Actually I sat down and wrote that after getting one of those calls. I told the caller that I did not have a Windows computer. He said, "Yes you do". I said, "No I don't". After a bit of back and forth I hung up.

Unfortunately, any exchange with these idiots merely indicates to them that your number is a good one. That said, sometimes it’s worth every second.

Could I enlist on your network? It sounds highly engineered and would most likely repel those irritating callers.
I think it would interface with my micro fluxnomitor bio-enhanced platform perfectly.
