No, I never tried their support. From my experience, "support" exists in name only. If I can't find the solution online, I move on.

My experience has been different. They do offer excellent support.

If I ever go back to them, I'll try their support. How much does it cost now? I can't see the pricing without giving them my email.

EDITED: I see it's $29.88 a year. No thanks.

Reasonable!! I’d pay $100 a year for the convenience of almost instant logging into websites. I use it 20- 30 times a day.

But I pay nothing for Bitlocker and the LastPass that I used to use.

I have a PW manager that automatically populates the credential fields.
I just click GO.
(But there is a SMALL handful that do require manual entry because of the way the site is coded.)

I have used Acronis backup software for 20+ years and have recovered my OS drive easily, as long as I had access to the Bios via recovery of a rescue flash drive. 4 weeks ago I had a corrupted Win 11 OS and could not access the Bios. I had to reinstall Win 11 and reload apps & data. I could have installed Win 11 and then recovered everything else by accessing the recovery flash drive, but I was not sure when the corruption occurred. It took a few days to be totally recovered. As I write, I am creating extra backups to an extra off-site external drive. I have multiple backups of my 2 NVME drives(OS and Scratch for Photoshop)and 2 SSD drives (Data and Photos). I've completed the Data drive backup and I'll now schedule and execute my Photo drive backup. That will take a few hours to complete.

Backup/Be Happy!

At times I don't want to restore from a backup but rather install a fresh install. A restore would restore all the accumulated junks as well.

Have you noticed that it's getting more difficult to sign into many sites? The ID and password are no longer enough. They have to send a code, get answers to questions, or also sign into Google. I don't like this, especially when I have to find my cell phone, turn it on, wait for it to boot, and then look for the code.

I just signed into Ancestry to see more distant relatives, and I had to follow that up with a sign-in to Google.

And then too many failed attempts locks you out indefinitely.
