You know, Mel, I can really empathize with you on this one. I felt that way when I was shooting it. There wasn't a house to be seen. It was a bit strange. Who has something like this that's not close to where they live ? I realize mountain folks are often used to traveling a good bit to get what they need. But I had a distinct feeling that this old barn was left to wither away all alone. Both it and the surrounding grounds didn't evidence any recent use at all.
