What a beautiful and delightful place to visit. And the sea bass is presented so perfectly! Was it just as good as it looks?
You must be quite the travelers. It seems you were in Florida (my part of the world) just a bit ago.

It certainly is Ellen and thank you very much for your comments. The fish was delicious cooked just as I like it. Yes we do travel especially during the UK winter, it's lovely to get up to sunshine on most days.

Really like the image of the sea bass. Just the description of it makes my mouth water, let alone the image. Resisting the temptation to imagine what it tastes like. The hotel with the thatched roof looks like it came from your neck of the woods. Guess the "sun never sets" is still true. And as always, you capture the essence and feel of the places you visit.

But you really got to make an effort to leave your weather behind. If Branson finds out you brought it with you, it might be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich instead of sea bass.

The sea bass seems popular Reuss, being my favourite fish it was cooked perfect and tasted delicious! Many places over here with thatched rooves, both private and businesses.
I have never tried that combination of sandwich not sure that I want to.
Thank you very much for your kind comments and humour Reuss I do appreciate them.

On our travels we stopped at the hotel for lunch, very overcast and for us quite cool after hot days of sunshine. The hotel is owned by Richard Branson.
Hope you enjoy your visit.

FYI, PB&J sandwiches are very popular in the US and really quite tasty but they are about a frugal as you can get when it comes to cost. And our King's (Elvis) favorite sandwich was peanut butter, banana and bacon, also very tasty. You should check them out.
