I have 12 and 16 MP versions of this nice little camera, but they are not going for the $100-$200 "sold" price on eBay.

Is some pop star using one?

Did some blogger praise them?

It's an auto-only camera 10 MP model with a live view where you can adjust contrast, saturation, etc. and see it on the screen, but you also do that with the 12 & 16 MP models.

Some the word got out among some group. Influencers? Taylor Swift using one?

With the number available on eBay, it doesn't look like they are selling well at all.

That's odd for a 2009 10 MP point and shoot.

Old JPEG photos of even 3 mp raw sensors can be modernized with our new AI software... so the older cameras are now worthwhile. With AI, my Nikon N1 J1 1" sensor camera is now a modern unit.

I paid $312 for my SD800IS in 2007. I bought it from Abe's of Maine when it was still good. The camera still works, and it is small and light, but the results can't match modern day cameras. I certainly wouldn't pay over $100 for the SD1200. I could buy a new camera for $100.

I sell on eBay and am always surprised at how the 8, 10, 12, 14 megapixel cameras sell. In all brands. I'm glad though. :-D
