I have all the Topaz products, I have had no problems installing most, but can not get the Video or Photo -A.I. products to work. They install fine, but will not accept the license. They go through the operations then state: Token Authentication Error at the end. Topaz suggested shutting virtually every protection software I know of. I shut down my email twice, but no go.

Has anyone has this problem and know which software is the problem?

I am running Win 11, all products are up to date. Have a gaming computer with 32G ram and 24GB graphics ram.

Try uninstalling first. Then go out to the drive with Explorer and see if the folders are still there. If so, then delete the ones for these two apps. Reboot your system and start over with the install.

I have had Photo AI on my computer for a long time. Suddenly it wasn't in my Photoshop Elements. I had it as a stand-alone, but not in elements. I don't know why it disappeared.

I contacted Topaz, they are very good at getting back to you. I tried weeks of attempts, but nothing ever worked. I still don't have it. Maybe my computer is old, I am going to upgrade it anyway, so I will see if that works.
