One of my little dogs waiting for me to shower and come back downstairs, bless her.
Snapped by my son, with his Mobile Phone
Come on Dad Hurry Up
Absolutely precious! I also love the lines made by stairway and ceiling beams that direct your eye right to her!
Winnie the pup
Close up of her, she's lovely.... Well I think so anyhow

If Buddy is a big dog, little Winnie will run behind my legs for protection. It's really funny. She doesn't mind sniffing at them, but it's different when the boot is on the other foot, she runs to her dad.

This is Brynnie, he's half Yorkshire Terrier and half Bijon Frise.
He is a little cracker too, although I'm bound to say that because he's our little pet too.
You should have added Buddy to this thread and maybe others would like to add their litte dog also.
The link did work and I think Buddy is super, he's a bit like Brynnie, it's the Yorkie in him, thanks for the link.

Aweeeee they are both so cute! I don't have any pets but I grew up with tons of them and know just how loyal they are.
They are just like kids and a big part of your life. My dads last toy poodle passed away a few years back and a few months after that my dad said....I always thought I was taking Mandy for a walk but it was her that was taking me! He finds it hard to go walking now without her and I can tell his health is much worse since her passing. I suggested he get another dog but his "NEW" wife is a you know what and won't have a dog, really to bad because I know pets bring happiness to the elderly. I have watched several shows on the subject. When they bring animals into nursing homes the effects that they have on the patients is amazing. how could one not have fun playing and petting a dog.

You are spot on, when you get older you have to realise your kids and grand-kids have their own lives and responsibilities. A pet helps to fill the gap that this may have left, a dog or two are super companions. My wife and I wondered what we did, before we got them. QueenChatty you are right again, they do become part of your life, a big part, because they are constantly with you, entirely dependant on you, but always show their love for you, with loads of licks and kisses. Thanks QueenChatty for your post and for looking.
Happy New Year, to you and yours.
