That's a Snail Kite. I suspect most of them are tracked in one manor or another

Yes, they all carry trackers! You can see them on their tails if you look closely.

Sweetwater is 325 Williston Road in Gainesville, (off Rte 441) it and La Chua, and Paynes Prairie are worth visiting for wildlife and birds.
