Looks like a Towhee to me. Hard to tell the size and shape of the bird from the camera angle. The black head and brown color on the sides makes me think Towhee.

This is a dark-eyed junco known as Dark-eyed Junco - Oregon Race. Seldom seen here on the East Coast. Been looking for one of these for years.
