Created for a theme on a Facebook forum called "Monthly Artistic Playtime." The theme is not "how to get rid of the cat that has kept you sleepless for a month; it's "Space"

#2 is the photo I started with (a glimpse of sun through fog a few days ago and some kind of apparatus on the back of a truck; any idea what is?).

I added Stella on a separate layer with a brush I created. Rocket, flames, flag and stars are from four separate shots on the NASA site https://images.nasa.gov

btw, #2 was photo'd as another entry to the flickr group theme "Balance and Visual Weight." If anyone wants to comment on that photo specifically, I'd be happy to hear your thoughts!

Linda, That appears to be a special rail for loading and unloading heavy objects. There is a lifting pully system that can move forward and backward along the rail. It has hooks or attachments to connect to the heavy object which is then lifted and can be slid along the rail to the front of the cargo area and lowered. the proces is then repeated until the complete load is on the truck. I have seen the type of apparatus used for the transport of concrete septic tanks or other similar objects.

Ah, there are large concrete blocks all around the grounds of this facilty; some appear to be the type you use on roads when under construction, to block lanes and such. Thanks much!

Thanks so much, Frank. Yes, the flames were part of a photo on NASA of a rocket launch. I agree with you about their being "off." Couldn't quite figure out what to do. Should have searched for another.

Image 2, yes large area of dark balance with strong bright, but also circular vs linear including the clouds... an interesting thought image... unexpected, yet something we might see in real-life industrial areas.
