Good looking pix
After looking at the tree I was checking out the door trim, part of the hearth, the floor / etc. My wife and I love older homes, our home was built in the late 1800's but due to many remodeling jobs from previous owners our home does not have the charm of an old home though we have created a nice family room that we enjoy.
This is the only picture I have on my laptop it shows my 2 grandkids but you can kinda see some of our family room.

Oh, my goodness, dandij, I just had to get my son and my hubby to come look at your second picture 'cause you have a picture hanging of "my" ribbon art which I gave to my dil and it's now hanging on her wall. It's the flower girl, and I also have the bride and they are hanging together! You know they are from the 1920's and worth a LOT! Hang onto it!

sailorsmom, that is very interesting! This is not my house, however for years up untill several years ago my sister owned this house and completly restored decorated and furnished it. She did not reside there. She used the house primarly for formal events, weddings, corporate and ect. I do know who owns it currently and will pass your comment on to them.
