Kim, are these the same truck? The first photo seems to have more of a satin finish, while the second photo looks like a high gloss. At any rate, a fine example of a mid-fifties Ford!

Yes, same truck. Different side, different light, taken one minute apart.

I had a 1956 Mercury, basically the same as the Ford. Bought it for $75 and sold it a few months later for $100. It wasn't as nice as the one shown. All the cheap vehicles disappeared when the vehicle safety requirements came into effect, they went to the boneyards.
