Do you know the purposes of medical research and how NIH, etc. work. Our daughter has had several NIH sponsored research projects detailing many scenarios for biological warfare with HIV, avian flu, ebola etc. Being diabolical in trying to find out how bad actors might use the discoveries is baked into the hypothesis. Fauci's sin is in not being fully transparent.

Yes I do. I'm not opposed at all to NIH, or at least I wasn't. The concern is not regarding what NIH is supposed to be doing. It is the funding of gain of function in China, lying about the virus coming from a lab, destroying the rna sequencing that Chima did early on in the pandemic and lying about masks that are at issue not the stated reason for NIH to exist.
As for not being fully transparent he has lied and covered up the truth. That is far different than not being fully transparent.

IMHO fauci is as crooked as a $3 bill. It was his NIH that funded wuhan - I can't help wonder what he got in Chinese kickbacks ??

BTW he was the darling of the Libertarians until he decided to drop their agenda. Libertarians for instance feel abortion is an individual choice-Paul now is against it. He has abandoned many other libertarian principles. Why? Well unlike his father, he really doesn't have strong beliefs and will adopt any position that he thinks will please the Republican base. This is called "weathervane politics" and indicates a lack of serious conviction on the part of Paul ( and some others I could name ).
