Sanctuary cities like NYC and Chicago are all in an uproar over a few hundred illegal imigrants. TX has been forced to deal with hundreds of thousands. It's about time someone decided to enforce our immigration laws.
I applaud Gov. Abbott.
FYI, Every country in the world has immigration laws. Most of them are more draconian than the US immigration laws.

Almost every country enforces border security. Why shouldn't we? We have the laws on the books, just need to enforce them.

I did as soon as I discovered my mistake through the report mechanisim. I'm not sure why it's still here. However, there's a lot more showing up in Chit-Chat that wouldn't have been allowed a couple of years ago.
I do wonder if anybody bothered to read the article, which says that while Abbott has to allow the Feds to remove the current razor wire until the issue is heard by a lower court in February, there is nothing to stop him from putting up more in the meantime. I thought that was an interesting wrinkle.

When I post in the wrong section I remove the title and replace it with the words “Please Delete”. Then I remove the body of the post and write in “Please Delete” then I PM Admin and request it be deleted.

An easier way is to use the "Report Issue" button. It goes directly to Admin.

By removing the title and the body the improper topic is removed from the incorrect section immediately instead lingering like this.
To then repost it in the correct section is neither difficult or time consuming.

I did that way before anybody much started posting. Check pg. 1 and you'll see that I made a post to that effect. Admin has not acted. Deal with it.
