So you do approve of killing little children. How many kids have you killed Gnslngr? You would not waste a bullet on and unwanted child but you would pay to have it killed in the womb.
So if you use a condom and it breaks, causing pregnatcy .... is that attempted murder????

What does this post have to do with gun control ..... why not bring up the Presidential election and Donald Trump

You can't see the connection? A child (class room) gets killed by a gun and some people wants to ban everyones guns but it is okay to abort unborn babies? There are more abortions than there are people being killed by guns. Dose that make sense to you?

What a BLANK BLANK question. What was murdered? If you don't want baby's then don't buy cheap rubbers. If you get her pregnant then do the responsible thing and raise a family. Its your baby, support it.

not to put to fine a point on your comment, however, at no time in 45 years of gun ownership did any of my guns killed anyone. A gun is a tool. The finger of a murderer killed those people. If guns never existed they would have died at the hands of hammers. knives, clubs, baseball bats, screwdrivers etc. The deranged mind kills, hate kills, ignorance kills.
When guns are banned will criminals still have them?
There is still gun violence in ever country that has banned gun ownership.

Gnslngr, here is the title of the actual study if you want to read through it all

The Prevalence and Nature of Self-Defense with a Gun*

And, Robert, here, for your reference, is a short list of the many peer reviewed, refereed, academic articles published that clearly refute the study you cite.
The gun debates new mythical number: How many defensive uses per year? Journal of Police Analysis and Management, 1997
The myth of millions of annual self-defense gun use: A case study of survey overestimates of rare events Chance American Statistical Association, 1997

Clearly it is, when you only read the right's cherry-picked and flawed statistics to "win" your argument. You are right about growing up - all of you guys who use guns to compensate for small appendages should mature as quickly as possible. (Of course, like any gun nut, you can't answer my refutation of your post.)

The conversation gets more and more foolish ... there are not many gun control advcates that want a "no private ownership" of guns .... we just want a more reasonable approach to who should own, what requirements should be implemented AND what should a private citizen be allowed to possess .... its simple logic ....

Isreal has a low handgun death rate ..... yet if you visit Isreal you see many people walking around with guns .... they are military or trained security officers .... it is very difficult to get a gun permit in Isreal ... but if you do .... you are required to pass test ... both instructional, medical and mental ... in fact to own a gun in Isreal requires you to sign a waiver so that your medical records are available to authorities AND you must renew your license EACH YEAR ....

People, institutions, organizations etc, etc., will twist and bend there numbers to get the results they want to see often by misrepresenting the data or just leaving some out. I put no more faith in your info than you do mine. You are apperently the one suffering from "little man syndrome" by playing games and "in hiding" to affraid to man up or to stand up for your opinions. Done with you
there are not many gun control advocates that want a "no private ownership" of guns. Is that your personal feeling or do you have documents and stats to back that statement?

Since the Supreme Court ruled that gun ownership is an individual right and not a collective right .... most have excepted the literal meaning of the Second Amendment .... also ... in coments by gun contral advocates ... have you ever heard one say .. ban the private ownership of all guns .... and where does my information come from .... I was a gun owner and know many gun owners .... we all believe that better control and eliminating the availability of certain weapons, will go a long way to reduce the violence ...
