I like the first image, but would add some exposure to it overall. And I think you could open up the shadows in the lower right corner.

Hi
I used your RAW file and did what I "normally" do in LR and a sky replacement in PS. After, back in LR, did a version in B&W. Both with slight vignette to keep focus on the back of the water.
