That sounds like a great combination, have you visited Croatia before? There are so many neat places in Croatia, and of course Italy is a wonderous land. We just spent practically a month in Italy and Croatia, together with Slovenia, last fall, cruising not on a boat but in our lease car. I will show images from these places starting tomorrow. Our concentration this year for Italy was rather inland, at Lake Como and southern Tuscany, but in Croatia we spent quite a few days along the coast in Istria and the northern Dalmatian coast, before heading inland to incomparable Plitvice Lake National Park. I hope you will find these images interesting and possibly see a place or two that you will visit this fall on your cruise.

Thank you MSW for looking in on this new series, glad to hear you enjoyed the photos.
More of your excellent work Joe. These images really evoke to me what a typical village in France looks like. And number 3, Côte-d'Or/Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, magnificent shot.

Thank you again, Vince, for your appreciation of these beautiful scenes and moments in Burgundy, one place was just more magnificent then the last - and not in an ostentatious way, but just with their own local charme.
Joe, love these shots of the village. I'm completely taken by the beautiful field - I'm a sucker for this type of shot. But, the roof on the building in #7 is amazing. Quite an undertaking.
Have a good day, Rowedean
weber, your photos makes me feel like I am standing in the streets and seeing Europe for the first time, thank you
