I’m not denying that he mixed her name up with Pelosi. That doesn’t mean it’s metal decline or cognitive decline. But when you do it on the daily basis, all your screw ups and your mumbling babbling, that’s a sign of mental decline or cognitive decline as Biden has been doing.
