We had one this morning, hoped to grab a shot on the way to the Geriatric Gym for a shot of a scene I've shown here before - but by the time I got to a suitable point, some bobbly cloud ruined the scene.

How fortunate that you were able to capture this beautiful and unique scene. Thanks for sharing, Bill. I see it on canvas on the wall.

The light is always fleeting. It doesn't last long. We have all missed shots because we were in a hurry or unable to stop. But when I do take the time to stop, often I am glad I did. Sometimes the shots turn out sometimes not but either way I got to take a break from the rat race and enjoy some scenery.

Thanks John - its like Forest Gump's box of chocolates in that you never know what you're gonna get.

I've never regretted the time I spent with camera in hand.
