I was banned from UHH and do not know why
Seems like you're back?
Did you use a word or phrase that was not PC?

You could send a question to Admin.

Are you banned from UHH, or banned from The Attic?

Is it possible to be banned from The Attic? That's like Satan kicking people out of Hell because they're too bad. đ
I was kicked off Chit-Chat for a week because too many of my posts wound up in, or should have been posed in, The Attic. Now, I give a lot of thought to how someone could manipulate a post to make it political. There are dozens of topics I haven't posted because someone could manipulate them.

Yup, unfortunately too many "off" comments in a thread will get the thread moved to the Attic.
Don't know. I've been banned a couple times. And knew exactly why! But didn't agree with it!

I have had posts moved, but I've never been banned. How do you find out you're banned? A message from Admin with no reason? I would ask.

It could have been that you are not registered to the various forums. You could send an e-mail to the Admin. I would assume that you use diplomatic language rather than be upset.
You could be blocked from a specific forum or UHH entirely. Occasionally, we believe the anonymity of the internet allows us to write what we wish but we must pepper our words with thought of being proper in context.
I too have been banned (for a short time) by the Admin. When I sent an e-mail to him/her I better understood the rules of UHH.
For example, I have a friend from UHH who posted jokes which were âtongue in cheekâ and risquĂ©. I didnât mind because I did not find it offensive. Other Hoggers complained and that poster was banned. We would email and telephone each other in the interim. I believe that he mellowed out and was allowed to return.
Since the Admin reads every post, I do hope that they would provide you with a clear explanation.

I really have no idea if it's actually possible to be banned from The Attic.
I'd just looked at his recent post history and he was involved in stating his belief and trust in the Creator, God, in a somewhat contentious Attic topic.
Didn't know if that had riled some who requested he be expelled from there.

You were not PC enough and perhaps actually told the truth about an issue.
That is an immediate grounds for being banned.

Candidate for most ridiculous comment ever on UHH.
(Unless you just forgot to add a smiley?)
