I still have more Lake Clark. I just loved the setting with the mud flats and the morning sky being such a pretty color. I think I mentioned it, but going out on the mud flats is risky business. Not from bears but getting stuck in the mud. They told us what to do if our foot got stuck, twist and pull. I would not want to go out by myself as they told a couple horror stories of people getting stuck and the tide came in... I think I would prefer the bear....
This will be the last for a bit. I'm off for another photo adventure and will be bringing home more birds and other critters. No bears... It is a bit embarrassing that I never finished Yellowstone from this springs. I opened the LR file and randomly looked at a couple photos and picked the last one to work and share. I will have lots of computer time when I get home.....
I just know the best clam ever is right here!

Hoping that's not you reflected in the Yellowstone bear's eye!
All are great, especially the last.
Nice work Beth. Like #3 best.

More excellent work, Beth!
Another example of your fantastic work, the last one being beautifully surreal.
Safe travels, and looking forward to pics of your next photo-adventure!
Once again a set of beautiful, sharp, well-composed images.
I scan the list for your postings and often don't look at anything else. You have the eye and the technique...unbeatable package. Come back soon.
Wonderful set, Beth. Beautifully composed and presented.
GREAT perspective and back round in #1 ! and artistry in #4 8-) .......thanks for sharing
Lovely images, Beth. Buen viaje. We'll wait with baited breath to your new images. Side question: Do the bears ever get stuck in the mud?
