Some of those defendants are STILL being held without bail. You know, bail as is granted by the 8th Amendment of the Constitution. Some of them may not go to trial for months even years. Does that sound like a Speedy Trial to you? You know, Speedy Trial as guaranteed by the 6th Amendment. So then, if you don't think I am a patriot for supporting the U.S. Constitution, YOU explain why those two Amendments are not being followed regarding these defendants. Why are you and every other American, no matter their political beliefs, not supporting the Constitition, supporting the rights of those defendants? I could call you any number of names but Patriot would never be one of them.

Read the websites of why each of those are still incarcerated and explain where constitutional rights are being violated. There are several rights groups keeping high alert on those cases. To claim violations without evidence or facts is just irresponsible of you.
