For the last two winters we had basically no "measurable" snow in our corner of PA just west of Philadelphia.
Maybe 3/4 to an inch from the recent storm, which turned to rain.
All gone a day later.

I’ve found that most people who love snow don’t have to drive to work in it, do chores in it or use an open tractor to blade 1/2 mile of driveway. All they do is play in it.

I agree with that.
I was so sick of snow by the 3rd week of Dec. last year trying to keep 3/4 mile of road open and doing livestock feeding. Then some of my buddies are talking about all the nice snow on the mountain for the snow machines
