Fascism is a political position to the right of ultra conservatism. If you look at political systems from Right to Left:
Fascism,
Conservatism,
Socialism, and
Communism.

All political positions can have violence and unreasonable government intervention.

For examples of government overreach with conservative governments, you only have to look at the Japanese internment camps both our countries implemented... take a gander at the Kent State Massacre... our countries treament of non-whites... the number of unarmed blacks killed by the police, the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians, the list goes on. It is not restricted to extreme political positions at the right and left end of the spectra.

Mussolini, as a student may have been flirting with communism as many students at the time were; I don't know. He changed in later years. Hitler's national socialist was not socialist, but was extreme right. It was terrible treatment of the 'peasants' by the Fascist governments that drove many students to the communist manifesto.

I guess I’m homoborggenisis and I’m proud of it. As a kid I got my smallpox vaccination (as well as all other school kids) and while I’m certainly not handsome, my face doesn’t resemble the surface of the moon. I got my polio vaccination and as a result I never had to worry about being crippled or in an iron lung. My grandfather had three young siblings die from diphtheria and all within two months of each other. Not me. I’ve stepped on plenty of rusty nails and similar stuff and never ended up with tetanus. It’s not called lockjaw for nothing. We had a Nubian goat die from tetanus and its floppy ears that normally hang down were stiff as cardboard and stuck straight out. Every single muscle in its body was rigid and I shot it so that it wouldn’t suffer a slow agonizing death.

No I don’t get regular flu shots but I’m damn glad I’ve had all the vaccinations I’ve had. Anti-vaxers have had it too good and had they seen their siblings die from the multitude of childhood diseases that used to prey on kids, they would probably be singing a different tune.
