About as boring and confusing a presentation as I have ever seen. The man is really impressed with himself - a lot of "I", "I", "I" did this, etc. I lasted about 12 minutes. I have an advanced degree in engineering and an MD degree, so I am not without the ability to understand advanced concepts. Never did find out what his "point" was.

Fact is everything has changed...you cannot live today without gambling your savings. If you just keep a savings account...the economy will swamp you in the end.
It's now set up so you have to put everything into play...
They keep 10% of what you give them in your account...and invest 90% for themselves.
The game is rigged today...didn't used to be...but it is now.

Rental property is an excellent hedge against inflation, produces income and has intrinsic value.

I've seen several supposedly sci-fi movies covering that topic, but I realized that they were actually documentaries sponsored by various alien planets.
