BTW Congress did declare the Jan. 6 an insurrection Public Law 117-32 117th Congress awarding four Capitol Police Officers gold medal for defending the Capitol - from the Act:
"On January 6, 2021, a mob of insurrectionists forced its
way into the U.S. Capitol building and congressional office
buildings and engaged in acts of vandalism, looting, and
violently attacked Capitol Police officers."
It's is a matter of law and public record - you are misinformed once more.

Wouldn't it be better to forget Fox and consider what Turley says? Seems to me he is qualified.
Jonathan Turley is an American attorney, legal scholar, writer, commentator, and legal analyst in broadcast and print journalism. A professor at George Washington University Law School, he has testified in United States congressional proceedings about constitutional and statutory issues.
