I had a '54 that I bought for $75 around 1970. The body was solid with no rust and it had a V-8 which would get 20 miles to a quart of oil. I had it for about three years and sold it for $50.

My friend's 1955 Ford pickup. Besides this he has three other vehicles he has restored. He built a garage just to house them in. He was a automotive teacher at a vocational high school before retirement. He had access to tools and equipment which made his restoration jobs a lot easier.

Beautiful and it is nice to see it still looking like a 55 Ford. Although the auto industry,in 1955, never had a paint job that nice.

My wife, born in 1955, would sell me into slavery in exchange for that truck. :)
It's a beauty. Thanks for sharing.
