You take some wonderful photographs. We took an Alaska trip. I was hoping to get some photos like this. We saw very little wildlife. No bears or moose even in places where we were expected to see them. We saw some seals at a distance and one otter. I'd love to know how you got these photographs.
I go on photo tours the first time someplace so I know where and what to do if I go back on my own. The sea life was from a boat out of Seward and Homer. The bears were at Brooks Falls where they gather every year to feed on the salmon. We also took a plane over to Lake Clark for a morning. I will go back there for a longer time in the future. To go to Brooks Falls you almost need to go with a tour company. You can put in for the the lottery for a cabin or camping, but the list is like a 1,000 people. Cabins sleep 4 and have a minimum 3 nights at almost $1,000 per night…. You can do a day trip, but the weather is so iffy you may not have time. During the day 9-5 there is a list and you get 20 minutes on the platform to see the bears. Some float plane people had to leave before their names were called to go on the main platform. There is another, but you are much farther away and looking up stream to the falls.
It is easy to do a boat trip out of Seward. Different size boats for different prices. I found the small and medium size to have different experiences and each had its advantages. The largest and cheapest was ok too, but 200 people.
Hope this helps, more questions, please ask!

You are SO good! Love the sunrise, the mournful look in the first one, the bear with the fish…can’t choose a favorite. Thank you for sharing your beautiful images.

Another great and intersting variety set of Alaska. You have a sharp eye for interesting subjects.
Wow. Again great shots. Not often one gets a pic of a mermaid, i.e., #1. Also great shot of bear against wall.

Like them all, but that first shot of the posing seal is amazing! Sometimes a great photo is all about capturing exactly the right moment.
