Tennessee Girl, but was born in New Castle Indiana.
Welcome, I'm a displaced Hoosier from Castleton, now in Arizona. I have learned so much from UHH'ers and I hope to see your contributions. Cheers --
Dan.
If you didn't know, there are many natural sites in the area around Kimball. The Fiery Gizzard (near Tracy City), Foster Falls, Sewanee Natural Bridge, Buggy Top Cave, The Stone Door and Savage Gulf, and The Walls of Jericho to name a few.
Hello and welcome tom UHP. There is no limits to what you can photograph in TN. It's a beautiful state and I visit there often. I also have use a Nikon D-850 with several lenses and I've been doing photography most of my life and truly enjoy getting out and seeing all the beautiful sites to photograph. I don't care what it is I'll photograph it.
Good Luck and Good Shooting, David

Welcome! You are from my neck of the woods...I was also born at New Castle, Indiana, grew up in Hagerstown, and now I'm living in a cabin in rural Henry County! :) Never moved too far away from home...haha! I also love photography and have learned a lot on this forum. Glad to have another Hoosier girl on here! :)
Hello and I saw your post and thought I'd say hi and let you know that back in 1950 and 1951 I lived in Hagerstown at the Long Meadows apartments. I remember in school we learned about the statue named "Little Heiskell". Some things you just never forget.
Enjoy Your Day, David

I use a Nikon camera. Haven D3000 and for my retirement from 33 year of teaching got myself a D850. Leaning curve for sure. Looking forward to this. Have always loved photography. Used film camera forever. Got my first digital about 15 year ago. Love, love all aspects of photography. Would love to cover every field of this profession. Thanks for allowing me to join.
Welcome neighbor, franklin tn
You got yourself a winner with that D850 Camera. I've had my for several years now and loving it. Just take your time, find a few photographers on you that you enjoy and find knowlegable on the subjects you are interested it. Be careful in that search, there are plenty out. Have fun
