Bought this item several years ago when moving into an upper level apartment in a building bordering a large metropolitan park for bird watching/photography. Found there are only a few bird species in the area and became bored. it's been sitting in the closet for half dozen years taking up space. Paid over $500 for it with the Teleview 8 - 24 mm eyepiece. For sale for $235 plus postage.

These two should be well worth your asking price. I would have bought it if I hadn't just purchased a new telescope.
