The addition of tone and color... magnifek0... If I picked ones I liked, all, then I would end up with multi pages.
Color IR (#5) outstanding!
Keep fiddling Joe. I love this set. I like the combination with the color but I'm certainly no expert photographer.

Joe, I just sent a Canon R off to be converted to 720nm IR so I am very interested in your post processing technique. These shots are really great and I hope I can do something similar.

Wow! The tone choices and depth of field give a 3D vibe to these!
Did you use a screw on filter.
What color conversion do you have??
Joe, I really like and enjoy your work. Please don't ever stop. Merry Christmas. // jim

I like them all, but 3 and 6 are my favorites.
I think that's true of me too.
A great set Joe TFS.
WRT to colour or monochrome I find it varies from subject to subject. Most of the time with mine I prefer subtle colour, but sometimes I find monochrome works better.
Even when I've decided to keep the colour I can't always decide which hues I prefer. - I love playing with the hue slider on my 590nm shots (in FastStone it goes from -180 to +180 giving a full rainbow of options)

I would like to know how you did # 5, it is absolutely beautiful. That last one is more of a ‘looking out the window’ than a photograph!
Did you use filters and which infrared conversion is your camera?
Sony Nex C3, at 720nm. I just started fiddling with some of the ones I left the color artifacts in and have gotten encouraging results. I have to do some more delving and fiddling.
5? You swap the red and blue channels. Go to your channel mixer, and in the red one, move red to zero and blue to 100%. Then go to your blue channel and set blue to zero and red to 100%. Looks like crap, but then you have to fiddle around. Lots of good information online... Thanks for your comment.

That IR really adds another dimension to the photographs.
I like making some of these look like little fantasy worlds. I am just starting on the manipulation with the remaining color artifacts, but I hope to make some progress so you don't come and smack me around...

It is becoming fun for me to look at these older IR shots and fiddling with the remaining color to see what happens!!!
