when I should be outside helping my spouse.
Definitely you should help her. That is a LOT of snow.

I can see why. How long have you been married?
Beautiful shot, my wife would have bent that shovel around my head
Good shot, did you duck in time?

Great spouse (trying to shovel you in???) ⭐⭐⭐
Bet that was cold daledo!

But then again had you taken over shoveling you would have implied that she was inadequate for the job. That was a no win situation. The best you can do is tell her how beautiful she looks.

Story and photo are really cute, and brimming with love and pride.

I don’t believe it - your wife doesn’t even look 47 y.o.!

For Christmas I suggest you buy her a new snow shovel. She’s bound to appreciate it and there’s no sense in spending all that money for a snowblower. And remind her that all that exercise keeps her in good physical shape and that’s why she looks so much better than you do. In other words, do whatever it takes to keep her working with the least amount of money expended. And if she says you’re a tightwad, tell her you’re saving up to buy her a big expensive ring. It didn’t work for me but it might work for you.
