Simple question.
Where will it lead ?
Which question do you want answered?
61mp Sony A7RIV since they first came out in 2019. Loved it. I recently traded it in and upgraded to 61mp A7RV to go with my A1, and A7SIII.
Here a 61mp shot with my 61mp A7RIV and my Sigma Art 24-70mm f2.8 DG DN lens. The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, California , USA. 24mm, ISO 200, f8, 1/80 sec. handheld.

1. 45 MP is way plenty for me. Sometimes too much.
2. I do not chase resolution.

That's why I've had my 18MP for, oh, 13 years?

Why would they? How could they?
I'll stick with my 46 mp D850. Easily enough for what I photograph.

Don't have one.
Don't want one.
Pretty much drops off the bottom of my priority list for spending photo money. I'd consider it money wasted.

Is there a limit on how often you can show a photo on UHH?🤔

Cameras and lenses are merely tools to do a job, nothing more. I have never worshipped or coveted any gear beyond its usefulness. I have worked hard for decades as a photojournalist to be able to afford the gear I need, but it is still all just tools of my trade.
Cheers and best to you.
